Social Savvy
The explosion of social media to include Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube and creative sources has had a huge impact on way small, medium and large organisations connect with their existing and potential customers.
My own business has had to adapt to this phenomenon to the point where it is an integral part of my day to day business for myself and clients.
By at least engaging at some level with social media, business owners are allowing themselves to enter a different and exciting dimension to their business.

What do I do?
Twitter Feed
I support businesses who either don't have time or skill to carry out certain admin functions that are essential to their business.
For example, I support The Edward Starr Charitable Trust, a Hove based non-profit organisation. They approached me in November 2009 to work with them. One of my main functions is to help increase awareness of the Trust within the local business community through networking, newsletters and social media.
I dedicate a number of hours each week to support these activities.
I have an email account, access to their systems, so that I can work remotely and meet with them regularly to update progress.
